Hi All,
Has anybody attempted to put Aramine through the pharmachological editor and add it to their drug list?
I have had a number of people ask for Aramine when running scenarios involving profound hypotension, normally intensivists and anaethetists who use it as a get out of jail free drug to buy them time in post operative patients with poor LVF
