Hello Kramaskv,

The UK Regulatory Body that covers all nursing and midwifery unlike the US we have one body covering England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, commissioned a huge piece of research about if simulation could be used instead of patient contact hours - the use of simulation was measured against practice standards - these will assist you , also if you would like to contact me privately ( through this forum) I could put you in touch with Nursing Universities who have done this or are in the process of this now,
