Meti software update

I am attempting to update from Metivison box. We currently have version 1.0 Build 12 (release 1). I have attempted "get & install online updates" but the update fails. I have also downloaded the .mvu directly from MyMeti and attempted to installed via the "download and install" both instance return a "last update failed".

Suggestions???

You are suppose to be able to download the updates as you mentioned. I have contacted customer support and they are looking into the problem you mentioned. Thanks for letting us know that you were unable to download them. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

I have been having the same problems trying to update our METIVision. Neither the online download or installing from a harddrive seems to work.
