Is anyone currently using either HPS or Istan for ACLS training???

We currently use the HPS for new ACLS students and the METI MAN pre hospital for the seasoned ACLS student renews and for OB ACLS classes. I have built ACLS scenarios off the American Heart Association and used them. However, I have found that the instructors dont always follow the perfect scenario and tweek the scanarios for the megacodes a little here and there and makes it difficult to do a scenario. Running them on the fly is best for me and as long as I have the megacode scenarios I can program a ready for each scenario. The hardest part I found is resetting which is advisable if you use medication software which I do. If you dont meds are still running and make it harder to adjust the phsyiology to another scenario.
