I am planning a mobile sim lab for continued nursing education, and running into a snag with high speed internet access. Is there anyone out there on-the-road with simulating and going into rural areas? How did you conquer the internet issue?

where are you from? here in the philippines, we have what they call 3g broadband internet. its a usb device that uses cellular phone signal for internet. it might be available in your area. hth!

I use USB datacard when I go to rural areas, sometimes I access the internet through my mobile via data cable and software. If there is no mobile network in the area than it's quite impossible to use internet. :(
