Most of us have been taught to turn on our simulators by the abc's (air, black box, computer). I have been doing this and running into alot of simulator crashes. While talking with technical support...they have fixed my problem and have never had an error yet. Turn on the black box first with the air hoses disconnected. Turn on your computer next, open the program, in the screen where you open the connections tab connect to the manniquin. Now go back to your black box and connect your yellow and grey hoses (which should be charged with air when you plug them in....the manniquin begins to breath and now you are ready to open and run a scenario. This has worked perfect every time. Hope this helps:)
