Q: Are meals provided during the conference?
A: Complimentary continental breakfast will be served every morning. Lunch and dinner will be on your own (please see meal options under the Tampa Attractions section of your program). Heavy hor d’oeuvres will be served during the welcome reception.
Q: Is parking validated for conference attendees?
A: No, valet parking for all hotel guests is $20.00 a day. Short-term daytime parking is $12.00 a day. There is no self-parking.
Q: How far is it from the airport to the Marriott Waterside Hotel?
A : Tampa International Airport is located 8 miles from the Marriott Waterside Hotel. A one-way estimated taxi fare is $22.00 or the bus service fee is $11.00.
Q: When are check-in and checkout times at the Marriott?
A: Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 12:00pm
Q: Will Internet be available?
A: Yes, all rooms have high-speed internet access and wireless internet is available in most
meeting rooms and public areas. High-speed internet access in the room is $14.95 per day.
Q: Can I bring a guest or children to the conference or welcome reception?
A: This is highly discouraged due to the large number of attendees.
Q: Can anyone attend the Facilitator’s Reception?
A: No, this event is by invitation only and for HPSN09 Facilitators.
